French system of physical training
prancūzų fizinio auklėjimo sistema statusas T sritis Kūno kultūra ir sportas apibrėžtis G. Ebero (1875–1957) fizinio auklėjimo sistema. Koncepcija tokia: iš nesveikoje Prancūzijos miestų aplinkoje augančių jaunuolių reikia išugdyti atsparių, tvirtų, ištvermingų karininkų kartą. Prancūzų fizinio auklėjimo sistema turėjo praktinę rengimo konkrečiai veiklai kryptį ir tikslą padaryti žmogaus kūną gražų. Pagrindiniai jos reikalavimai: kūno kultūros mokytojas turi parinkti ir kartu su mokiniais daryti tik tokius pratimus, kurių veiksmingumu pats įsitikinęs praktiškai; sudaryti sąlygas mankštintis kasdien gryname ore, visose pratybose daryti kvėpavimo sistemą ir ištvermę ugdančius pratimus; kiekvienas pratybas baigti masažu ir maudymusi; vesti mokinių fizinio parengtumo rodiklių apskaitą. atitikmenys: angl.
